About the Scholarship
Steve Abbott was a beloved coach, mentor, and friend to hundreds of Premier families. His belief was simple: no child should be denied the chance to play because of money.
The Steve Abbott Memorial Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to families who need it, ensuring every kid in San Antonio can experience the life-changing power of team sports. 100% of donations go directly to player fees.
How to Apply
Receive a Formal Invitation
This application is for families who have received a formal email invitation to join our Academy or Competitive Programs. This is NOT for our Juniors Program.
Do Not Register Yet
Do not submit an application until you receive a formal invitation to join our program. Do not register your player with the standard registration link.
Submit Your Application
Complete the scholarship application including player information, parent information, and the reason for requesting assistance. Tax documents (W2/1099) must be included.
Wait for Committee Review
The scholarship committee reviews applications on a case-by-case basis after player placement concludes. All information remains confidential.
Receive Decision in Writing
If approved, you will be provided a unique registration link with a 24-hour expiration. Use this link to complete your player registration.
