We’ve started implementing a style of youth training inspired from the Funino training method. Funino is a great way to train young soccer players because it provides a fun and exciting environment for players to learn and develop their soccer skills. Funino utilizes a small-sided game approach that emphasizes teamwork, communication, and technical ability, all while providing an enjoyable experience for players.

We’ve moved away from “traditional teams”  where players wait to sub in for a teammate. Afterall, your player wants to play not sit on the bench. When you player arrives to a Junior Premier game day, your player is guaranteed 100% field time for the entire game. Multiple goals encourages vision and change of direction and small on field team sizes are no larger than 3 ensuring max time on field and on ball.
