Rules and General Information
U5 / U6 (Players born in 2013 & 2014)
Game Format: 3v3 Max. Roster Size: 6
Field Size: 30 x 20 yards Goals: 3 x 5 feet
Match Time: 4 Quarters of 6 minutes each
Rules:
NO Goalkeepers
Goal kicks are passed onto the field from the goal box line. Opposing team has to go back into their own half until the ball is passed onto the field.
Kick-ins are used to play the ball in after it left the field on one of the sidelines. The player kicking the ball in can NOT touch the ball again until another player (teammate or opponent) touched the ball.
Substitutions can be made at any natural stoppage (out of bounds, corners, goal kicks, goals, etc).
U7 / U8 (Players born in 2011 & 2012)
Game Format: 4v4 Max. Roster Size: 8
Field Size: 35 x 30 yards Goals: 4 x 6 feet
Match Time: 2 halves of 15 minutes each

Goal kicks are passed onto the field from the goal box line. Opposing team has to go back into their own half until the ball is passed onto the field.

U9 / U10 (Players born in 2009 & 2010)
Game Format: 5v5 – 7v7 Max. Roster Size: 12
Field Size: 40 x 30 yards (5v5) – 60 x 40 yards (7v7) Goals: 6 x 18 feet
Match Time: 2 halves of 20 minutes each
Rules:
Goalkeepers – YES
Goal kicks are passed onto the field from the goal box line. Opposing team has to go back behind the “build up line” until the ball is touched by a field player.
Throw-ins are used for the ball to be back in play. The player – throwing in the ball – has to keep both feet on the ground, throw the ball with both hands forward over his/her head, and can NOT touch the ball again until another player (teammate or opponent) touched the ball.
Substitutions can be made at the following natural stoppages: out of bounds, goal kicks, and after goals are scored.
